We are seeking an experienced and talented Editor to play a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative and overall quality of our content.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Editing: Use editing software to assemble raw footage and scenes into a finished product that aligns with the creative vision of each project.
Collaboration: Work closely with directors, producers, and the Director of Photography to understand the visual and storytelling objectives of each project.
Post-Production: Oversee all post-production processes, including color correction, sound design, and visual effects, to ensure the highest quality output.
Narrative Flow: Ensure that the pacing, rhythm, and narrative flow of each project are engaging and effective in conveying the intended message.
Feedback and Revisions: Be open to feedback and able to make revisions as necessary to meet the creative vision and project requirements.
Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with advancements in editing software and techniques and make recommendations for equipment and software upgrades.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in various styles and genres.
Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software.
Strong storytelling and visual narrative abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work within project timelines and meet deadlines.
